Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse – Leeds

My client presents a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned nurse seeking to transition into a leadership role or for an established leader with a passion for inpatient hospital-based nursing.

In this position, you’ll lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional patient care across various wards, including cat/dog/isolation/ICU/exotic/wildlife units. Responsibilities entail overseeing ward rounds and handovers, maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the day, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow between disciplines.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in inpatient nursing or a strong interest in developing within this specialised area. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing diverse caseloads, encompassing both medical and surgical patients, while upholding the highest standards of care. Experience working in a hospital is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
